The band members of Bill Monroe's Bluegrass Boys will gather for a reunion at the Int'l Bluegrass Music Museum and RiverPark Center in Owensboro, KY on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010.

I'll Be in Owensboro, KY again this year for the gathering of the pioneers of Bluegrass Music. This all takes place at the International Bluegrass Music Museum and RiverPark Center. 10:00 AM til 10:00 PM June 24th.

Jim was with the Cumberlands again at the Bluegrass Festival in Louisville on Saturday, August 2nd.

The International Bluegrass Music Museum in Owensboro, KY hosted the first ever gathering of the pioneers of Bluegrass Music June 26, 2008. There were some there I hadn't seen in over fifty years, and some I had only heard of, and now met. Wow! Rhonda and I had fun. Thanks Bluegrass Museum.

Jim Smoak played a show and guested with the Cumberland Highlanders at Rosine, KY on Sept. 29.
